Girin Visitor Management Module offers a unique solution for monitoring and recording visitors to our factory. Thanks to the tracking operations carried out through the location-authenticated mobile and web application, the movements of visitors in and out of our factory can be instantly observed and these data are automatically transmitted to the designated personnel in detailed reports at regular intervals.
Visitor records are presented to our staff with reports issued in daily, weekly and monthly periods. These reports allow us to analyze visitor traffic in detail, allowing us to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our security measures.
The reservation feature of the Girin application allows our staff to register and plan their guests in advance. Guests who make a reservation automatically receive a special code to be used upon arrival, as well as the address of our factory and the contact details of the staff they will be meeting. This integrated approach ensures that our guests can easily and safely reach our factory, while at the same time significantly reducing the workload of our staff due to greeting.
Our guests can enter our factory using the codes specific to their reservations, and this process minimizes waiting times during the welcome process.
